Enjoying Campus Life
Many of our alumni describe being at Macquarie as the most enjoyable period of their lives.
Your level of enjoyment at uni will usually correlate to your level of involvement in the activities in the campus outside of the classroom. Join clubs, go overseas, live on campus, or just indulge in the student lifestyle while you're here, because its an experience most people dont get again.
Your years at Macquarie University can be a time to really develop yourself as a person. You can develop the skills and talents you already have, and add some new strings to your bow. If youve ever wanted to act, sing, dance, play a sport, debate, or delve into another culture, university is the time to do it.
This part of the site is all about getting the most out of your time at Macquarie University, with links to all the clubs and societies you can join, info on campus accommodation, an introduction to some of the opportunities you can access as a Macquarie student, and a section covering transport and parking, so you can actually get there.
After you've settled in you can start to take up some of the great student opportunities Macquarie has in store for you.
Being bored should never be a problem while you're on campus: the real problem should be finding the time to fit everything in.
